Meet the Executive Home Team

Victoria Luhring, President of the Executive Home Team 

Victoria was born and raised in Tiffin Ohio, where her parents still live. She has three wonderful sisters that she adores. Victoria enjoyed growing up in a small town and being close to her friends and family.  She attended Calvert High School and majored in accounting at Heidelberg College. 

Victoria moved 14 times in 5 years!  This might explain why she works so well with transferee's and is considered an expert with relocating families.

Victoria has two amazing children. Their son Garrett is 13 years old and their daughter Jordyn is 10 and dog Lily (labradoodle) is their newest addition. The Luhring household is always a bustle. Although Victoria works full time selling Real Estate she can always be found volunteering at the Anthony Wayne Schools and attending the kids’ school and sporting events. Victoria attends Cedar Creek church where she likes to welcome members and guests and is always asking "what can I do to help?

Victoria loves spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and explore new places. She enjoys helping others by using her expertise. She is considered Danberry's authority on web sites and marketing technology. While Victoria is one of the top Realtors in our area, she is always the first to help other agents in the industry. Her dedication to her family and business is remarkable.   

When Victoria Luhring thinks about what is most important to her, the answer comes easilly; it is her family. Serving as her driving force in life, Victoria has instilled in her two children, Garret and Jordyn, the importance of setting high standards and providing service to others. Whether personally or professionally, these values serve as the foundation for Victoria's philosophy and she applies them to all of her endeavors.

Family has always been an important part of Victoria's life. Growing up in smalltown Tiffin, Ohio, she spent much of her time with her three sisters. Whether they were practicing for their next volleyball game or just having girl-talk in their room, she learned early on the importance of maintaining strong relationships. Her innate ability to connect with others as well as her honest and trustworthy demeanor are just some of the attributes that have been the cornerstone of her success.

Although Victoria spends much of her time providing her clients with the best real estate service possible, Victoria loves spending time with her friends. She is always trying to have fun, whether it is while skiing down the mountains with family or enjoying time with her girlfriends at dinner.

John was born and raised in the Toledo area.  He has two wonderful grown children, Brittany and Zachary.  His only grandson, Preston reminds him every day to cherish the moments we have togther.  John's true passion outside of real estate is excercising, eating healthy and staying fit.  He loves all outdoor activities such as golf, cycling, running or simply hanging out with friends.

Monica Givens, Client Care Coordinator

Monica is the Executive Home Team’s director of team operations. She is responsive to the Executive Home Team’s rain maker and team leader. She performs a myriad of tasks and in charge of making Victoria’s websites the best in the area. She writes the descriptions for the listings, edits the pictures, and uploads them to Victoria’s websites. She also does general maintenance on the websites to make sure they are always accurate and informative to clients.   Monica is the gate keeper to the Quality Service you can expect from the Executive Home Team.Monica is also focusing on promoting the real benefits of Social Marketing through the newest Social Networking Opportunities. Keeping relevant resources streaming in and adding key sources of facts and informations the clients want or need to know.  Monica is the gate keeper to the Quality Service you can expect from the Executive Home Team.  Contact Monica  

Rick Popiolek,  Websites & Social Media 

Rick maintains all Victoria Luhring's Executive Home Team's web sites and Social Media accounts.  He updates photos, price changes and keeps all information current on Victoria's many web sites and Social Media providing maximum exposure for all properties.
Rick has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and was one of the first e-Pro's in the area.

Tammy Welch coordinates the whole closing process. She orders the title work, contacts the lawyers, arranges the closing with the title companies and anything else that makes the closing process go smoothly. Careful tracking of the details is what makes the difference in a successful closing.

Tammy’s job is to make sure you are informed on every step needed to finish the sale.

Victoria has just completed the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing course in Washington D.C. There, she met many other real estate agents working in the luxury home market worldwide. Victoria now has the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation. This means she has documented performance in the top 10% of the market. After completing this course, Victoria has furthered her expertise in luxury home marketing.

CSP - Certified New Home Sales Specialist. - certified in new home sales, professionaly marketing in the home building industry.
