Victoria was born and raised in Tiffin Ohio, where her parents still live. She has three wonderful sisters that she adores. Victoria enjoyed growing up in a small town and being close to her friends and family.  She attended Calvert High School and majored in accounting at Heidelberg College
    In the early 1990s Victoria met and later married her husband, Terry Luhring. Soon after the honeymoon they moved 14 times in 5 years!  This might explain why she works so well with transferee's and is considered an expert with relocating families.

Victoria and Terry have two amazing children. Their son Garrett is 13 years old and their daughter Jordyn is 10 and dog Lily (labradoodle) is their newest addition. The Luhring household is always a bustle.  Terry is a business owner and works countless hours doing a fantastic job running his business.  Although Victoria works full time selling Real Estate she can always be found volunteering at the Anthony Wayne Schools and attending the kids’ school and sporting events. Victoria attends Cedar Creek church where she likes to welcome members and guests and is always asking "what can I do to help?"

Tammy coordinates the whole closing process. She orders the title work, contacts the lawyers, arranges the closing with the title companies and anything else that makes the closing process go smoothly. Careful tracking of the details is what makes the difference in a successful closing. Tammy’s job is to make sure you are informed on every step needed to finish the sale.

Kylee is in charge of making Victoria’s websites the best in the area. She writes the descriptions for the listings, edits the pictures, and uploads them to Victoria’s websites. She also does general maintenance on the websites to make sure they are always accurate and informative to clients. She provides the technical experience that facilitates the maintenance of the Executive Home Team’s web sites and web based marketing systems. Kylee ensures the Executive Home Team markets to today’s real estate customers.

Nichole and Melissa print all of the marketing materials. They print and mail the “Just Listed,” “Just Sold” post cards, fliers, brochures, open house materials, and Homes.com Magazine. They also assist Nancy and Janet in some of her assignments that are necessary in the transaction.

I am in the top 1% if realtors in northwest Ohio. I have an abundance of experience selling all types of houses, including condos, new construction, villas, and luxury homes. Specifically, I specialize in the Anthony Wayne Perrysburg, Maumee, and Sylvania areas.
